What We Wanted:
We had just spent considerable money to bring in two celebrity speakers to address our employees. My challenge for this meeting was how to follow up the success of these two speakers, and bring in someone at a fraction of the cost, who could still make a positive impact on our conference attendees. That's what we wanted.

I have brought in speakers from Dr. Steven Covey to Dr. Bob Arnot from CBS News, and Tony Brigmon's program, by far, has been the most talked about and remembered!

Our situation was that we were rolling out a new initiative relating to customer service. As the leader of the team responsible for the rollout and full implementation, I knew we did not have a good program planned. Something was missing. Our expectations were certainly exceeded. Tony's energetic message was presented in a humorous and fun manner that made everyone feel at ease and willing to participate and laugh together. He has a wonderful way of keeping everyone involved in his presentation. They left feeling good about themselves and sharing their thoughts on the program. One employee said it was awesome .

What We Wanted:
I needed someone to kick off a meeting that was enthusiastic and interactive. I had to have someone who could set a positive and lively tone for the day's meeting.
What We Got:
What our group got was the perfect answer for those morning meeting blues: Tony Brigmon. Tony has an endearing quality that allows people to feel comfortable, he gets the audience to be part of the presentation and his humor is both funny and well timed (along with being "G" rated, not easily done in this day and age).
What We Wanted:

This was a group of frontline staff who help customers looking for a job, training, and self help skills. They have gone through several management staff and many program changes. We were launching a new operations manual in an attempt to "fix" problems and support the staff. Wanted them to feel good about themselves and be receptive to the manual. We chose Tony Brigmon because he has a great technique to motivate people with humor and relating to their specific problems.
What We Got:
What we got was fantastic!!! Again, Tony had the room laughing, participating, and feeling good about themselves. He worked in specifics about their experiences, gave good advice, and did it in a fun way. He is just marvelous!!! He helped set the tone for the rest of the day. Would use him again in a heart beat and would recommend him to anyone who wants to have fun!!
