What We Wanted:
After a very tough year financially, including staff downsizing, we were looking for a positive and inspirational speaker that could keep the staff going forward. Several of our staff had heard Tony speak before to other groups and recommended him for our annual staff retreat. Their recommendation was right on target.
What We Got:
In the two weeks since the retreat, I continue to hear great comments from the staff about the presentation by Tony. He was inspiring and fun and his approach to challenges faced by non-profits made sense. Each staff member took home a "golden nugget" of useful information to apply directly to her or his work environment.
