What We Wanted:
Compaq employees are going through stressful times with the uncertainties associated with the HP merger. We were looking for a program that would help them with their stress levels as well as something that would help them step out of their daily routine and give them a better perspective on things. We were looking for something focused around humor but with practical tips that each attendee could walk away with and apply to their daily lives.

What We Got:
Tony was absolutely fabulous! People are still talking about the seminar. The timing was perfect for this topic and the message was delivered in a superb manner. This has been the most successful seminar we've had yet. Tony did an incredible job of keeping everyone involved, excited and motivated to put his tips into practice.

I highly recommend Tony for any organization and we intend to bring him back soon! He's a 10!!

"Never Been To See a Speaker That I Could Honestly Say I Listened To EVERY Word They Said!"

What We Wanted:
Our group of 40 employees consists of Payroll Operations (process payroll checks), Payroll Customer Service (take care of employees concerns) and Payroll Audit and Benefits Accounting (accounting functions).
 

This was our Quarterly Team Meeting for the Dell Payroll Dept. Our Theme for this meeting was: Teamwork How To Make It Work . We were looking for a unique way to give our team a *pep talk* that would emphasize maintaining a positive environment while managing change. It was a nice surprise to see how well Tony"s presentation tied in with our Departmental Power Point presentation.

What We Got:
I don't know if I could put it into words how wonderful Tony was. I have never been to see a speaker that I could honestly say I listened to EVERY word they said. 

I would highly recommend Tony to any business. I don't know of anyone that would not benefit from his program. I only wished that we could of had more time with him.
