"Outstanding Keynote Address At Our Opening Session Followed By A Highly Interactive Session"
What We Wanted:
I heard Tony do a presentation at an event sponsored by the City of Irving. Each semester, North Lake College holds a "kick-off" event for all employees. Our goal is to begin each semester with a high-energy, motivational event that relates to our mission, values, and goals. We chose Tony Brigmon because his message and method of delivery aligns closely with our value of fun and joy.
What We Got:
Tony exceeded our expectations with his outstanding keynote address at our opening session followed by a highly interactive session with interested employees. "Tony-isms" appear now throughout our college. Employees refer to the CARE Principle in their daily work. We have sent links to his "Smile Notes" online that gives everyone opportunity to "refresh" the concepts he presented. We will be adopting some of his songs for use in our New Employee Orientation and for other college events.

"Evaluations Were A Tribute to Your Enthusiasm and Presentation Skills!"
It is a real challenge to address our diverse audience and hold the interest of all.
The evaluations received were 99% in the excellent category and is a tribute to your enthusiasm and presentation skills which were exciting and uplifting for the support staff of North Harris College.

"Had Everyone Interacting And Excited!"
What We Wanted:
For the nearly 100 people in our central district office where we are committed to service excellence, we wanted to build our morale and team spirit. Since we work on seven different floors in the same building, we do not get an opportunity to interact as much as we want. This was to be one of those opportunities for a quality experience.
What We Got:
Tony did an outstanding job with his FUN approach. His humor and use of music kept us all involved the whole time. We had everyone interacting and excited. He received rave reviews from our staff. Some of our folks had heard him previously, so we were sure this would be a great session, and it was.

"For the First Time, I Wasn't Disappointed In A 'Motivational' Speaker We've Had!"
What We Wanted:
Our department was looking for a speaker to address the unit on Influence Management, using humor! I had heard Tony at the CASE conference in San Diego and thought his style of mixing humor with real world experiences was perfect to meet our needs.
What We Got:
Tony brought everything we needed to the table and then some. He is a bright, energetic, g-rated humorist that added life back to our unit. Here's some of the other feedback I received from our staff:
"I just wanted to thank you for inviting Tony Brigmon in to talk to the Advancement team (and Tom for supporting this effort). Tony was engaging, funny, upbeat and inspiring -- quite a winning combination. Moreover, I really liked his message(s) and hope that I can practice at least some of what he preaches."
"A number of people have commented to me on just how much they enjoyed hearing Tony speak. Thanks again for the timely Tony tonic!"
"Tony Brigmon was just great. His upbeat attitude, the simplicity and repetitiveness of his points, the music (of course, if I had known I would have brought my instruments), and his pleasant demeanor made this a terrific day for everyone. I thought it was just wonderful."
"Training is sometimes about skill based things, and more often, should be about these simple attitude and relationship things. Wonderful choice. I am so glad you found him for us." - Vice Chancellor Moebus
"I just wanted to let you know how much we all enjoyed having Tony speak to us. I was telling Debbie that, for the first time, I wasn't disappointed in a 'motivational' speaker we've had. I mean we have had some excellent guest speakers in the past, but no one has seemed to be able to truly connect with all of the staff like Tony did. He really gave me allot to think about. I could go on and on, but I just wanted to say thanks."

"Our Expectations Were High ... And Were Greatly Exceeded!"
What We Wanted:
Our group is comprised of human resource/recruiting professionals who hire or recruit within Florida, and Career Center professionals from major universities, small private colleges, community colleges, and technical centers within Florida.
We were looking for a closing speaker who would be motivational, enjoyable, humorous -- someone to close our event on a positive, upbeat note! We chose Tony based on a referral from Toastmasters International and through listening to his audio tape!
What We Got:
Our expectations were high...and were greatly exceeded! The attendees immediately warmed to Tony, found him engaging and sincere. More over, you could see the delight on faces across the room. I would highly recommend this program to others.
We just finished reviewing our conference evaluations and Tony was a hit, to say the least. Our membership wants him back!

"They Keep Asking 'When Are We Going To Get Him Back?"
What We Wanted:
Was not sure Tony's message would speak to a group as large and diverse as ours. We have every occupation from Architects to laborers and custodians.
What We Got:
Tony did a great job. It has been two weeks since his talk and folks are still talking about what a great time they had and how meaningful Tony's talk was. They keep asking "when are we going to get him back?" and "can you make up cards with the clever tony-isms?" Tony made our entire program great and people were ready and willing to listen after Tony got them into F.U.N.

"Not Since Hyrum Smith, CEO of Franklin-Covey, Have We Had Such An Engaging, Entertaining, And Educational Speaker!"
What We Wanted:
CASE is an international association of education advancement officers, who include alumni administrators, fundraisers, public relations managers, publication editors, and government relations officers.
CASE's membership includes more than 2,900 colleges, universities, and independent elementary and secondary schools in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and 27 other countries. This makes CASE the largest nonprofit education association in terms of institutional membership. We serve some 28,000 advancement professionals on the staffs of our member institutions and have 14,250 member representatives on our roster.
The Keynote presenter sets the tone for the conference. Our goals for this conference were "FEMM" -- Fun, Educational, Make Money. Tony embodied the first two of those goals (and was a comparative bargain against speakers that we've had in the past).
What We Got:
I would whole-heartedly endorse Tony Brigmon as a speaker for any group, anywhere, anytime! This was one of the most talked about speakers in the past three years. Not since Hyrum Smith, CEO of Franklin-Covey, have we had such an engaging, entertaining, and educational speaker. Tony was outstanding!
