"A Speaker Willing To Do Whatever It Takes To Exceed Our Expectations!"
What We Wanted:
Our customer satisfaction indexes needed to be brought to a higher level and we felt that an energizing dinner meeting with a fun speaker would be key to setting the stage for encouraging employees to take customer satisfaction to a higher level. We chose Tony Brigmon because he had a positive track record with a larger company in Waco that engaged him to speak to their employees.
What We Got:
What we got was a speaker willing to do whatever it takes to exceed our expectations. Tony was informed ahead of his presentation that he would be speaking to a broad base of individuals - some without a high school education and some with advanced degrees. Tony blended his message to touch all in attendance. I watched for expressions of acceptance from all in attendance and was most pleased with the responses.
