Meeting Planner for Texas Mini Storage, Corpus Christi, TX

"He Incorporated The Information About Our Industry To Give A Customized Presentation!"

What We Wanted:
Tony spoke as the keynote speaker on the last day of our annual convention. I selected Tony Brigmon based on the glowing praise heaped on him by meeting planners across the country. (These were real planners, with name and company specified, not just generic "Sue from Texas.")

I wanted a speaker that could relate to the group, even if he knew nothing about our industry (Texas self-storage facility ownership and management). After previewing Tony's materials, I was intrigued, and decided to commit to him as a keynote, but I worried that our attendees were too rigid or old fashioned to relate to a music-and-fun based presentation, especially when I heard there might be physical activity required.

What We Got:
Our attendees were delighted, and I was amazed at how well Tony worked with our group. He incorporated the information about our industry to give a customized presentation, and our audience was immediately put at ease by his laid-back, humorous presentation.

We had some major A/V problems right before the presentation, and we had to punt with some improvised set-up, and shorten the length of the keynote. Tony was amazingly adaptive (and unfazed) and delivered the material with grace. He made everything seem effortless to the audience (and to the meeting planner!).

I left the head table to join the audience, and was immediately glad I did! I was swept up in Tony's soothing and energizing presentation, and completely forgot my worries about the remaining convention ahead of me.

It struck me that this was a successful performance before I even talked with (or looked at) the other attendees. If I could be transported during these moments of stress and worry, I knew my attendees were enrapt as well!
